Winner: Kratos
Highlights: Hellboy loses in his first ever Swath match, but don't count him out. When a winner couldn't be decided for the Cloud Strife and Dante fight, it was ruled a stalemate and Hellboy went on to replace them, only to get knocked out again by Captain Marvel. Spiderman shows up wearing his Stark-made Iron Spiderman suit, but it won't help against Count Dooku in round 2. Raziel once again proves his awesomness by losing only to Palpatine in the quarter finals. Plastic Man proves the ultimate 'Stalemater', Kratos continually upset and surprised everyone he faced, including Starkiller, Superman Prime and Sephiroth himself in the finals.
WTF Moments: Everyone feel sorry for Shaak Ti, she had to go up against Emporer Palpatine in the first round of this AND the ToF tournaments. Do you have it in for Shaak Ti Ryan? The final match up between Kratos and Sephiroth should have been looked at more deeply, but it probably would have turned out the same. Mara Jade is the Emporer's Personal Assassin, Darth Maul would not have gotten by her in the first round. M. Bison? WTF is he doing here??
Fight(s) I would like to see: Any of Kratos' fights, but the big one I want to see is Sylar vs. Magneto. That one stands out the most and Syler almost won and he would have taken Magneto's powers!!

ToTs 5 will stand apart from the other live battles soley due to the huge number of live participants. Plus, it was my birthday and I was drunk off my ass. Special thanks to Rooster for teleconferencing in Mattaniah on his laptop as well!
This was also the first time I met Callo and PD1 in person, and that was way cool as well. Callo has turned into my favorite SWATHian due to his huge obsession in all this craziness. I think he even rivals myself 
As for the battle itself, and more precisly Sylar  he is in my opinion the ultamite SWATH battler as he can take powers and run with them. I can only imagine what he could be capable of if he ever gets just the right seeding.............................

So, now that we did another live tournament, and I guess we have another going on here with the BoB, I'm guessing we will see a new top 25 list coming out soon.

i just want to say i enjoyed being at the live tournament.. and would love too see you guys in future tourneys.. and yes there were a lot of people there.. who were drunk.. ryan, cuttdown, and pretty much KiT.. lol but it was awsome.. ryans cake was the shizz btw!! and a great thanx to sniper chick for all the goodies.. you were a great host  i think some of the battles could have turned out differently, but it was a great experience and i'd so love to do it again [= thanx KiT and Ryan for the invite!

We finished off 2 liters of rum in just a couple of hours by ourselves, and then made more drinks to take with us to the radio show. lol, if you couldn't tell by our drunken rants and random tid bits that didn't make any sense that night.

How often could you and Callo make it down? We could start doing them more often

I would just like to point out that as of today, April 7th 2009. Cloud Strife and Dante are still fighting on top of the US Cellular center in downtown Cedar Rapids Iowa...
This is day 18 of their ongoing battle stalemate of forever.
...I should probably make a bracket graphic and get it posted lol.
